The 2009 Part-time Work in the Limelight event took place on Thursday 22nd October.

Exhibitors included, Jobcentre Plus, the Hilton Hotel, Anne Jagger Recruitment, Creative Support, Frontier, Meridian Business Support, Michael Wisher & Associates and Servoca Nursing.

The event was very successful attracting over 1,100 students, an increase of 300 on last year’s event and exhibitor feedback included the following comments:

“Everyone was very helpful.”

“I was late booking, but still received a very professional service from the Careers & Employability Service Staff.”

“Excellent organisation.”

“Great opportunity for both us and the students to ensure that positions are filled and students are recruited.”

“We’ll look forward to returning to future events.”
